Bodhi Bliss is a slow paced, low impact, relaxation based yoga class which will allow you to unwind, experience tension relief and greater mental clarity. We will explore gentle flowing movement, long holds, pranayama, mantra and meditation, while receiving hands on massage. Heather will also work with the theme of seasonal attunement to deepen your understanding of working with nature in the fall season.
Heather Durward has studied both massage and yoga internationally since 2006. She Teaches Bodhi Bliss regularly in Tofino and Ucluelet. She is excited to be collaborating these two powerful healing modalities and passionate about facilitation healing experiences.
