Seasonal Self-Care: Supporting Ourselves through the Holidays
The holiday season can be one filled with all sorts of feelings. It is a time when our energy is often extended outward, leaving us feeling exhausted and depleted once the festivities are all over. We invite you to join us as we take time to honor and address our own needs as we enter this wonderful, yet often stressful time of year. Join Toni Dunne from The Doghouse Yoga Studio and Casey Parsons from The Fix Acupuncture and Wellness as we check in and investigate how we can take care of ourselves and manage our stress during the holidays.
